wa.. jus came back from cs trainin.. ha.. today trainin onli got 6 people la.. ha..but i quite enjoy it.. cos today reali make me damn tired.. so long neva reali "train" like tis le lor.. we do 3 man defence .. den free spike... i (setter):D..haha.. den played 4 on 4.. backcourt spikin nia.. it was super diff from shss de la.. haha.. cos tis one reali got Bing Piang de.. haha.. my team got Me!!kai yuan,, alvin n n CoaCH(justin)..haha.. vs locas.. Galvin.. de bp libero ( ps forget ur name) N coach (bo lun)..haha.. guess wat.. we won 2-1 la.. :D.. haha.. so fun man.. receive their SpiKeS.. whooo.. shiok sia.. de feelin .. so long neva receive tis type of hard balls le.. haha... now muscles aching till very jia lat le.. haha..
