omg omg omg .. i nid more sleep man.. sleepin very little tis few days.. den today also not sleepin early cos watchin soccer !!! champion league final.. 2.45.. haix.. so i think gonna watch untill 4.30 ?? ha.. den nid to wake up at 950 .. omg.. 5 hrs nia.. haix.. today so tired sia.. b4 trainin i went runnin at de stadium cos wanna build up my stamina again .. ha.. den i ran 6 rounds le.. den wanna go in tat time KW ask me to run again.. run 4 more rounds .. coach ask de.. so i jus run another 4 rounds cos everyone runnin.. which mean 10 rounds= 4 km .. haha.. den after de run .. we got to do skipping rope.. haha.. so long neva do le lor.. haha.. den skipped abt 200 ?? dunno hav anot la.. haha.. but i too tired to do more den tat.. ha.. den de rest of trainin quite boring le.. ha.. oh ya.. POL-ITE still quite long sia.. i think mid of july den start.. omg.. so long sia... : ( .. y cannot earlier.. cant wait le.. haha.. fri n next wed no trainin.. shiok.. cos got mid-sem test.. ha..hmm.. my excel got 11.5/15.. sian la.. not A .. 12 den A .. due to some careless mistakes.. !! : (.. but realise it is quite fun to do excel .. haha.. not tat difficult as i tot.. haha.. : D..
